Early liver cirrhosis often have no specific symptoms or signs, liver function tests may be no obvious abnormalities, but histology showed clear pathological changes. ⑤ the liver may have mild or moderate swelling, no tenderness.
⑥ sometimes slightly enlarged spleen.
